
Tara Homburg
Tara
graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University. She has played sports for most of
her life, including collegiate basketball. She is an ACE certified personal
trainer and enjoys helping improve the quality of life for her clients
through weight loss, increased energy and injury prevention. She is a three time IronMan
finisher and enjoys working with clients of all ages. She has two small boys and
understands the process behind losing those extra post-pregnancy
pounds. She focuses on weight
maintenance and loss through cardiovascular improvement and increased
muscle mass, "putting things back where they
belong."

Chris Grotefend
Chris
Grotefend is back by popular demand at the Durango Sports Club! Chris
graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1992 with a degree in Exercise
Science. He is also previously certified in Sports Massage and Reiki. He's been
coaching, teaching and training
athletes all over the Rockies for 20 years. A competitive endurance
athlete himself, Chris brings a
high level of specialized knowledge to personalized fitness training, injury
rehabilitation, and fitness class instruction. Chris
is an excellent resource for health, fitness,
and wellness consultation at all levels, from beginners to elite-level
professional athletes.

Ruth Briscoe
Ruth
Briscoe is an ISSA certified personal trainer as well as long-term fitness
instructor. She has been a member of the Druango Sports Club for
over 8 years. She is an avid skier, biker and has completed the Imogene Pass
run serveral times. As a mother of three, Ruth understands the everyday
challanges of raising children and staying fit. Whether you are looking to get
back into shape or training for an upcoming event, Ruth is prepared to design a
personalized workout routine that's right for you!
