Chris has a background in song and dance from traveling with an international performance group post high school. He wanted to keep movement in his work, so he started teaching fitness classes. This led Chris to getting a BS in Fitness, Wellness, and Health Promotion in 1992. He has been teaching and coaching all populations for almost 30 years. Chris is a 10yr competitor in the Iron Horse Race and previously sponsored Iron Horse Training programs at DSC. Chris’s training philosophy is coaching people to achieve a highly functional mental and physical life experience that is largely pain free. His training style is first focusing on proximal core strengthening and mobility to achieve a strong foundation and physiological balance.
